It's pretty busy inside, tucked in the back of some buildings. The server was very nice. - Bloody Mary 2.3/5 It was ok a Bloody Mary. - Huevos Rancheros 4.6/5 Very light tasting huevos rancheros. Lots of shredded lettuce. It's tasty with the green chile. - Porky's Ham Steak Special 3.2/5 Thick cut ham steak. Hashbrowns are not crispy sadly. Eggs cooked well. Just a normal ham steak. - Side of Red Bean Chili 5/5 Super yummy red bean chili. Free parking in lot and on the sides. Check the signage.

Excellent food & service! The hangover burrito was outstanding & the Huevos Ranchero was great as well !! Ask for some salsa with it if you like spicy!

The fact that this cafe offers a vegetarian pepper white gravy completely sold me as biscuits and gravy are one of my favorite indulgent food and it's so hard to find a spot that doesn't serve sausage gravy. I was so happy with my breakfast here and could have licked the plate if that wasn't generally frowned upon in public. The biscuits and gravy come with hashbrowns and I opted to add two scrambled eggs with cheese to make it a complete meal. I had to try the apple pie cider, which is a spiced apple cider with cinnamon syrup and caramel syrup topped with whipped cream and cinnamon. It was so good and the perfect cozy drink for a winter day.

Food: really good! Recommend the porky's ham steak, the corned beef hash, and my son lost his mind on the hangover burrito. Prices were very reasonable; you'd pay just as much in downtown Cowplop as you would here in a resort town. Definitely a local hangout. Son liked the spicy Bloody Mary, but be advised the garnish is a pickle. Unique. Plan on a wait for weekend breakfast. We waited about 40 minutes , but the place was slammed. Service was very good, and the food arrived promptly, and still hot( a real trick at this elevation), Small town, friendly vibe. It's the kind of place where you feel like a local after the second visit. All in all, you could spend more and get less.

A must for us whenever we're in Breck. I got my standard hangover burrito. It was delicious, but I couldn't eat it all. My wife got the Spanish omelette with salsa and sour cream. She liked it but didn't think it was that filling. We again split one of the giant pancakes made with sweet cream. They're delicious and really hit the spot. Coffee is fantastic, and service is always wonderful as well. I'm sure we'll be back next time we're in town.

Dined here after a friend recommended it during my time in Breckenridge. It was a Saturday around noon so they were quite busy but my husband and I were able to score 2 seats at the bar to be seated immediately. We had the corned beef benedict and hangover burrito. Both dishes were delicious. Their corned beef is cooked to perfection.

Could not recommend this place more for breakfast! So much I came two days in a row! Service is incredible and the food portions are awesome! My wife got the basic breakfast which was very filling for $10; I got the columbine breakfest, our sons got the kids pancake! My second visit I got the burrito and wowwwww it was so good and the green chili was phenomenal! If you're looking for a breakfest place look no more further than Columbine Cafe! Especially most times there are no wait!

Columbine Cafe has a ton of options for breakfast and lunch. They are open daily 7:30am to 1:30pm. The service isn't overly friendly but fast. They know it's always tourist season in Breckinridge and try to accommodate that. The cafe is behind (and left) of the gift shop and to the right of Eric's. The inside has very cool wall and mostly consists of booths. The bathroom is downstairs and actually are Eric's bathrooms. We were there in the summer and it was so hot. They need another ceiling fan. My friend didn't look well. I got the breakfast sandwich cause I wasn't that hungry. I appreciate them having a smaller cheaper option. The sandwich and others breakfasts were good. If it's not very hot out I'd go back.
